My personal philosophy is rooted in Ujima* – the belief that communities thrive through collective action, sound governance, and economic empowerment, while recognizing the unique potential of each individual. My upbringing, characterized by a loving family and supportive community, instilled in me a deep desire to become the best version of myself and to contribute to the growth of others. I am now eager to share my knowledge and experience on a wider scale.
● Ujima – Third Principle of the Kwanzaa Festival (an African American tradition) that emphasizes collective work and responsibility within the community.
